Dr. Suzy Schaff started Glacier Bay Veterinary Services to provide an option for veterinary care in Gustavus. She is currently doing house calls on weekday mornings (though other times can be arranged). Glacier Bay Veterinary Services is currently able to provide wellness exams, all core canine and feline vaccines, sick appointments, travel certificates, and sedation for minor procedures such as wound repair or porcupine quill removal. In house diagnostics available include blood chemistry panel, complete blood count, thyroid testing, feline FeLV/FIV testing, GI parasite screening and cytology.
