We strive to source only the best quality fair trade – organic, and socially responsible coffee selections from around the world. Our bean selection changes with seasonal availability, which varies from farm to farm. Our favorite varieties include old world coffees such as those from Ethiopia and the Indonesian Islands, and we love the robust complexity of many Latin origins. We roast single origins for the purists, and are always playing with combinations to create that perfect blend of beans for your sipping pleasure!
