Create Account
When logged out, on the main page of our member dashboard area you can find a registration form. Here you can register by entering a username of your choice, the email you’d like to use for your account, and your business’ name. After registering you’ll receive an email with your automatically generated password. After logging in, you can change your password from your profile page if you need.
Logging in
Once you have an account, you can log in on the main page of our member dashboard area (http://gustavusak.com/member-dashboard/)
If you don’t see the login form on this page, you’re already logged in. Once logged in you’ll see the members area with buttons across the top to `Edit Your Listing`, `View Statistics`, or `Log Out”.
Edit Listing
From the member dashboard area, you can click to `Edit Your Listing` and will be taken to the list of business locations that you own.
From there, you can click the name of the business you wish to edit and you’ll be taken to the editor.
Edit Description
If you’ve used WordPress before you’ll recognize this editor.
In the main text area you can edit the wording to be used on your listing, after any changes be sure to click the “Update” button on the right-hand side of the screen. You can view your listing to review your changes by clicking the “View Business Location” button beneath your business’s name.
Note: If you make any changes to your business’s name, please let us know in an email to info@gustavusak.com so that we can check to be sure the analytics tracking on your profile will not be interrupted.
Adding Images to your listing’s gallery
Scrolling down further on the Edit Business Location page, you’ll see a section titled “Business Locations” in this section you can click the “Add to Gallery” option to upload images to your listing. After uploading the images, you can select them in the uploader and add them to your listing.
Reordering and removing images
After adding new images to your gallery, you can click and drag them to reorder them, or you can click the black X that appears while hovering over any image to remove it from your listing’s gallery.
View Analytics
From the Member Dashboard if you click to “View Statistics” you’ll see a report loaded with tabs across the top. You can click through to each tab to see different aspects of your business profile’s and the site’s analytics.
The “Business Profile Visits” and “Conversions Detail” tabs show data specific to your business listing. The “Campaigns”, “Website Analytics Overview”, and “Views by Page” tabs all show data for the entire site.
Changing the dates
In the top left of each page you’ll notice a box with a date control. You can select what timeframe you’re interested to see data for by clicking anywhere in the box and then selecting a date range in the calendars that pop up. The default date range is for the previous month. Making a change to the date range on any tab updates the date range on all tab.
