The Blue Heron B&B is conveniently located between the Ferry Dock and the center of town (locally called ‘four corners’). A 15-20 minute walk or a 5-10 minute bike ride from the long sandy beach (which is packed with wild strawberries during the mid summer) and a 10 minute walk from the Fireweed Gallery, tea & coffee house.

1) The tour back in time through the amazing landscapes and wildlife viewing of the Glaciers of the Bay.
2) the incredible and memorable half day Whalewatch tour on the naturalist led trip on the M/V Taz/Cross Sound Express, departing from Gustavus 2x/day
3) A guided kayak trip into the sheltered waters of Bartlett Cove with trained naturalists.
4) Fishing locally with Natalie Vaz (Natventure Tours) River Fishing & Kayaking.
